How do I make a claim for damages or missing fuel.

To submit a claim, you must:

  1. Create a claim case in the app.
  2. Ensure inspection photos before and after return are clear and complete.
  3. Provide full supporting evidence.
  4. For fuel claims, make sure the vehicle is refueled to a full tank at a nearby station and include the receipt as proof.
